Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders will be processed, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We prioritize frozen perishable items to shorten warehouse holding time and lock product freshness before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. International Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time

We provide standard international cold-chain shipping and expedited rush shipping options:
  • Standard International Cold Shipping: 7–14 business days (actual transit time depends on destination country, local customs clearance efficiency and carrier schedule)
  • Expedited Rush Shipping: Select the upgraded shipping method directly at checkout for faster delivery.
Important Note for Frozen Goods: Longer customs inspection may cause slight partial thawing, which is normal for long-distance international frozen transportation.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation & Transparency

Shipping fees are automatically calculated in real time by the system based on total package weight, volume and delivery country. The final exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment. No hidden fees, no surcharges after order placement.

4. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Import Compliance

  1. International frozen seafood and meat shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, quarantine inspection fees or other administrative charges imposed by your local customs authority. All customs-related costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  2. Different countries have strict entry restrictions on frozen aquatic products and meat. We strongly recommend customers to check local food import quarantine regulations before placing orders to avoid shipment detention, confiscation or additional unexpected charges.
  3. We will provide complete commercial invoices, packing lists and food health certificates for customs declaration as required.

5. Cold-Chain Packaging, Dry Ice Protection & Optional Shipping Insurance

As a professional frozen seafood and frozen meat supplier, we adopt strict cold-chain packaging standards for all shipments:
  • Outer box: High-strength shockproof hard carton; inner box: thick insulated EPS foam cooler box
  • Refrigerant: Dry ice (UN 1845) + reusable ice gel packs to maintain low temperature during long transit, labeled with standard dangerous goods dry ice marks as required by international aviation rules
  • Each product is individually vacuum-sealed to prevent water leakage, odor cross-contamination and freezer burn
For high-value bulk orders, you may purchase optional shipping insurance at checkout to cover loss risks during transportation for extra security.

6. Delivery Inspection Rules & After-Sales Service for Perishable Products

Frozen seafood is highly perishable, please strictly follow the inspection rules below upon receipt:
  1. Before signing for the parcel, carefully check the outer package for severe extrusion, breakage, water soaking, large-area thawing or obvious damage. If abnormal conditions exist, take clear photos/videos on the spot and refuse signature directly, then contact our customer service immediately.
  2. If you have already signed for the package and found thawing, deterioration, broken products or quality defects inside, you must submit complete unboxing photos/videos to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the problem and arrange reasonable solutions including replacement, partial refund or store credit.
  3. Normal slight sweating, minor ice melting and natural seafood juice seepage do not count as damage claims, and will not be accepted for after-sales compensation.
  4. After receiving the goods, please transfer them to your household freezer (-18℃ or below) for storage immediately to avoid deterioration.
